I recently ordered some 'Rumble' boots from Hotter.
When they arrived they actually looked exactly as the picture and appeared sturdily-made. However when I tried them they were too narrow.
I am wondering if these particular boots were not made in Uk at all? They were both too narrow and still too long for my feet :-(
I have some Hotter boots which I have bought previously and they are fine. I can normally get shoes off the shelf in high-street shops, don't have to get wide-fitting.

However I am very impressed with Hotter's returns policy. I sent them back and was reimbursed speedily, as you would expect from a reputable UK company. Well done Hotter

The popper on the left side has broken - very disappointing product.

I was very disappointed with the boots. They were far too big and wide , the fastenings were very loose I was unable to tighten them.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
