I have bought lots of Tone shoes in the past but the leather was hard and uncomfortable in this pair so returned.
Appalled at the cost of postage. I’m sure that when selling goods online it is illegal to charge for postage both ways and according to consumer law, companies should refund the original postage if they charge for return. Hotter has lost my goodwill.

Shoes are very good quality. The only criticism I have is that they are quite narrow for an EEE fitting. Even though I bought a size larger they are quite difficult to get on. Once on they are comfortable.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
