The Sora sandals did not fit and were returned for a smaller size. The service was excellent and another pair received with 3 days. These still did not fit comfortably so my wife asked me to return them. Posted 7th Sep, the PO tracking showed back with Hotter 9th Sep. Despite 2 phone calls, still no email confirming receipt and no refund. Will not be ordering shoes on line from Hotter again.

Got a pair in the sale to replace an old similar worn out pair. I like them but standard fit rub just a tiny bit on my left foot as the width is not quite wide enough and worse with socks. Sadly these are not available in wider fit. Buckle is only decoration it does not allow adjustment my old pair did. I have kept them hoping to stretch in wear.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
