I ordered these online for my mum. Never heard about a delivery date so after a week I rang customer services. The lady I spoke to said for some reason they had never been dispatched but she had done so and promised me I would get them the next day and also refunded me the speedy delivery I had originally paid for.
Still no sign of the blue slippers that I had ordered, so had to ring again and was told that the blue were out of stock. I was not very happy because they were in stock when I originally ordered them and why hadn’t I been informed they were out of stock??? In the end I had to order the grey as they were the only colour left. Eventually did receive them but it was over 2 weeks later after initial order!! Not very good service and no one even apologised for their mistake. Hi, we sincerely apologise that your experience fell short of expectations. It is clear we did not meet the high standards we set for ourselves, and we truly regret the disappointment this caused.
