The grey boots were very nice
But unfortunately they were too tight around the calf. They were returned 2/3 weeks ago but I have not received a refund yet. Please. Could arrange this.

I purchased these in grey suede. An excellent pair of smart boots for a good price, with a small heel which suits me well at my age. Always a dilemma to choose a size as I am a size 5.5. So originally I purchased them in size 6 but these turned out to be too big even wearing a sock and also loose on the leg. So I exchanged them for a size 5 which fit perfectly. The exchange was quick and very straightforward. Looking forward to wearing them for a smart occasion with winter dresses.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
