Tried on and did quite like, so ordered an exchange size. The exchange order came completely wrong size (a 4 instead of a 6). I returned promptly. Then out of stock. No acknowledgment. No apology. Still no refund. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend.

I did love the style of these shoes and the pewter colour. Unfortunately they were too big and l needed the next size down. I returned to my local store but they had sold out of the size l needed, so l got a refund.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
