Sadly the pair I received were not a match and I had to return them, left shoe fitted lovely but the right shoe had ridiculously large straps that were too big for the size of the sandal, quality control did not check this pair, very disappointed!!

For me although I love the style the side of the sandal caught my little toe and returned sandals after I tried them on. I loved the sandals look but I realised the mistake as soon as I put them on. I’ll remember not to your that sort of style again.

The front straps on one sandal were much deeper than the other one, I could get four fingers between them and my toes. I have many pairs of Hotter shoes, boots and sandals and this is the first time that they haven’t fitted correctly. I returned them for a refund but it finished up with me losing out considerably as I had paid for postage to me and wasn’t refunded what I had paid for the sandals originally. I presume return postage had been taken out.
In my opinion the sandals were faulty, so I would have liked to have a full refund and my original postage.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
