I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in my normal size 4 standard. However they were both to small so I reordered in the wide fit. Unfortunately I have not received. Raise query with evri who have now said cannot help. Also spoke to Hotter who said they will investigate. So far I have not received my parcel and no answer from Hotter.
