Not happy with the description Hotter printed about these trainers. They were not lace ups, only decorative. Would not have ordered them if I had known. Wasted postage money, I rang up customer services to swap them and have a next day delivery. Expecting to pay for the trainers but not delivery. Asked if this was possible but although promised a return call after asking her manager the women did not phone me at all. Returned product and went to Clark’s. Had overnight delivery ready for holiday the next day and great service. My husband will no longer use Hotter after being Loyal customers for over 10 years. Very disappointed Not even one star.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
