Quality was not up to Hotters usual standard. The leather edge was raw plus other faults which I photograghed.

I have a lot of Hotter shoes (my prefered footwear).

Returned. Hotter received them on 5th June. Now 17th and no refund. Emailed to be told that it can take up to THIRTY days to process and refund. Not impressed with that service and will not buy on line again. As an OAP on just state pension I can ill afford to have £70 outstanding for that amount of time.

Whilst the shoes are lovely I'm having to cover my heels in plasters as they rub terribly. I have lots of pairs of Hotter shoes but the design of these need to be tweaked! For me if the heels supports were padded the same as the Leanne trainers I'd be tempted to buy more. Also I unpicked the stitching on the laces so that I could tighten the width a little bit.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
