Despite taking the money for 2 pairs of shoes we were only sent one. I had to argue to get the money back for the pair not sent but despite promises shipping would be refunded too I eventually received this but not the next day postage I paid so I gave up on that. How are Hotter surviving providing such terrible service!

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
