The shoes were an unusually tight fitting, so I returned them, but was credited about £6 less than I paid for them with no explanation. Been using hotter for about 15 years, but will not do so again

For a size 8 could hardly get my feet in to them, have two pairs of Hotter Shoes size 8 no problem.
